Games you're playing, and games...

I paid £19.99 for it a while back so it does hit the sales now and again. Worth a play it’s a great game.

Yeah, will keep an eye out. I'm currently on Far Cry 6 and it just feels like Fary Cry 5. I imagine the new Assasins Creed will be similar and be the same as Odyssey/Valhalla, but i'm still tempted.

I really want something that's going to really grip me, as since buying an xbox again i'm not that into it yet. Maybe Cyberpunk is the answer

Finished a couple of games recently, Still Wakes The Deep - A Very good and engaging game, very linear - found the voice acting to be top drawer, it is essentially like playing through a movie. But worth it, the atmosphere really captivates it for me.

Also finished The Plucky Squire - Super little game :D Was on PS+ so gave it a go

Might now have a play through of The Last of Us PS5 remake, but unsure if its worth it again, already played all previous versions :p

Really enjoying Dead Space in PS5, one of this month's plus games.

Played this game on PC back in the day but in PS5 it's great. Very good controls and display goods good.

I think it's a remastered version or something because it seems better than before.

My gf never played the original Dead Space, where I think I played it on 360. She loaded it up on the PS5 last night and it looked incredible on OLED, but at the same time, exactly as I remembered it in my head  I'm sure if I go back and look at screenshots of the older title I'd be shocked.

Still, the improved visuals didn't stop her panic shooting everywhere BUT the limbs.

Hey, panic shooting is my go to tactic, I went to the Rambo spray and pray school of shooting.

Well...

I've completed Resident Evil 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 Dead Space Remake and Calisto Protocol to name a few. Just started Res 4 remake.

Never had an ammo left though :D
That's more than me! I can get through the 3rd person horror's without issue, but if you're going to have the zombies and miscreants coming after me in 1st person mode whilst looking me dead in the eye, I need someone to hold my hand

Are there many people playing Black Myth Wukong?
Thoroughly enjoying it, I'm currently on chapter 2, the Tiger Vanguard boss was tough, but I finally managed to beat him last night. Level design is a bit confusing, but a great game.

I've been playing Under The Waves on PS+ for the past week or so. Didn't know too much about it before going in other than having had it on my wishlist for a while, but it's great. Quite slow-paced, mostly narrative-driven but with a fairly expansive underwater environment to explore. It looks great, although the player character model/facial animations are remarkably poor by comparison to the environmental detail. Outside of the missions which drive the story forward it reminds me a bit of playing Red Dead Redemption 2 without any combat, simply exploring areas and finding resources or collectibles.

I got into Metaphor Refantazio too. Came out just as I went off travelling. Lucky they fixed the performance as it runs great on the Steam Deck.

30 hours in, this is definitely my goty. The VA is excellent (aside one or two of the characters) the story never lets up either. Really enjoying it so far!

Edit. If any jrpg fans are on the fence..it’s definitely worth playing !

I think heismay is my favorite character so far :D his design is awesome
