I use gamegolf, keeps all my stats for me and is a very useful piece of kit.
Have any of you guys bought golf clubs from ebay before? Obviously I'm a bit concerned about fakes, but the potential saving is pretty big. I'm looking to buy a new driver to replace my ancient one and have tested the Taylormade R15 in a local store, but at £299 it's pretty expensive. I've found a brand new one in the spec I want, from a seller with good feedback for £210. Would you say it's safe to go for or should I spend the extra £90 and buy in-store?

Have a look on golf bidder.
just a bit of info if your a slicer like i was. my ball always took off straight and than violently sliced right taking yards off the shot and of course causing so many more shots on my round. i made a very small change. i moved my right hand grip round more to the left . in other words i wrapped my right hand more over my left hand. this felt starnge for a while and resulted in some drives starting keft and staying there with a few hooks thrown in. after 3 rounds i am now hitting my drives straight and further. something to look at
Thanks for the tip, I'll have to try it out.
Also make sure your rolling your wrists back.
Its very easy with longer clubs to stay open at impact, a lot of people open their wirsts at the top but dont actively come back to neutral at the bottom.
A good drill for this is the baseball swing, before teeing off hold your club perpendicular to the ground then along that line swing out then back to the imaginary impact point directly in front of you. Theres no way you can achieve this without rolling your wrists back square, then just repeat that feeling with the club on the ground
