Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [10 - 11th November 2012]

What shall I call it then? You all act butthurt when anyone says anything about Liverpool, negative or not. You then go on to say "XYZ other player/club did it too".

That's what a victim complex is, you assume that people are out to get you when in fact they are not.

I was showing a bit of sympathy for Suarez, something I don't often do, and you interpret it in a negative fashion as always.

It's not always some sort of underhanded sleight against Liverpool, you do realise that right?

the 7th post above yours pointed out you were talking about the lack of players celebrating with Suarez without resorting to the 'victim complex' redcafe ********

By redcafe I suppose you're implying that I'm a United fan (which I am not)?

Victim complex is entirely appropriate in this case. I suggest you re-read my original post. If you're going to read everything that I post that has any sort of reference to anything Liverpool related as a sly dig then there's nothing I can do to stop you, but it does make you look like a complete tool.

Also what are you on about with the "7th post" above mine nonsense? All I did was look at the gifs in this thread and said I felt sorry for Suarez. What's your problem?

If I remember rightly United only paid £8.5m for Ronaldo from Sporting as well didn't they? Shrewd bugger Fergie is.

At the time I understood Ronaldo to have been transfered fordouble figures (not that it makes that much difference given how much he was sold to RM for lol)

As indicated, for every Ronaldo or in this case Chicharito there is also a Djemba - Djemba, Veron or Bebe

Bebe would like to chip in with his two cents;):D

Christ I remember watching him open-mouthed at the fact he was a professional footballer, let alone playing for Man United. Where the hell is he now? Welling Town Reserves? :p

Oh my, he's STILL are Man United but on loan at Besiktas? He'll be working in Halfords next year, surely.. Frank, we paid £1.5m for Djemba-Djemba off United, he was diabolical. Apparently played really well for Odense in the time he was there though.

I believe Bebe is actually with Utd's reserves (not on loan anywhere). Besiktas loan didnt work out for a number of factors from the reports I read.

I think diabolical in reference to Djemba-Djemba is a compliment :D

Update on JT injury:

Today's MRI scans on John Terry's right knee thankfully show no significant damage to the cruciate ligaments.

Chelsea Football Club's medical team will conduct further tests over the next two or three days once the swelling has subsided to determine how long John will be out, but it will be a matter of weeks not months.

I never said anything about the Suarez thing or interpreted in any fashion, i simply commented or your continuous use of the phrase victim complex.

But I mean you know where it comes from, but I suppose after your only after the pay off comments I shouldn't be surprised.

All football fans have one but you just can't mention the V word around Liverpool fans.

Actually call us acting the victim all you want in isolated incidents, constant 'always the victim, its never your fault' which was posted at the back end of last season here, reported and nothing done iirc is not acceptable as people tried to defend it as being the Suarez Evra incident but then where would 'always' come from.

Victim complex is another that is associated and developed by certain fans referring to certain things.

You mean you reported people posting vile crap and nothing was done about it?
Well I never.

Eh?

Call us the victim of the Suarez Evra case if you want, I mean we faced our best player game out for 8 games and his reputation ruined, although he seems to thrive off it.

Constantly referring to us as having victim complex, or always the victim never your fault is a complete different thing.
