Have you tried using the web tracking? I have been on Fedex’s website and now know that Hazro definitely have my screen. I reckon I won’t see it until atleast Thursday, perhaps Friday.
 
Well I got a receipt off the fed ex guy it, has an 8 digit number on it, but the site has been saying it doesn't know the number :/

Where did you get your tracking number from, and how many characters is it?
 
Got my replacement, no dead pixel, banding is probably slightly worse though, although the yellow in the corner is much less obvious.

A question for those who have calibrated their monitors: how much of a difference does it make to the black levels? I find it really hard to make out anything between similar black levels e.g. in COD4 where on the screen you have light on one section and shade on another section, it's hard to make anything out in the shade. It's just as hard to make out different levels when I have a full dark image, except all black levels appear lighter.
 
Black levels improve a fair amount after calibration - for me I have had no issues in games, all details visible. in black areas.
 
You would like as it's their brand, they'd like it to be correct.

Mines slightly to the left, but I don't dwell on it, as if I do it will bug me forever :o

Mine was an eight digit ref in the top left hand corner of the card left by Fedex. Website recognised it straight off the bat, even confirming the consignment was bound for Hazro.

Hoping my screen will make its way back to me tomorrow for Thursday delivery...
 
what time do FedEx deliver till ?

I supposed to be receiving my replacement monitor from Hazro today as confirmed last week on the phone.

Thats right nothing delivered yet :(
 
All you guys complaining about not getting your replacement ;) - mine was supposed to be collected today but its still waiting all nicely packaged in work for someone to pick-up!!

Going back to a 19" CRT 5+ years isn't much fun after getting used to the 24" goodness!

Mines been dead since Thursday last week and was promised a replacement today.
7:10 I think I can stop holding my breath.

I'm the same as yourself Mick - i've been without my Hazro since last Monday (15th) as my AC/DC power adapter gave up the ghost. Lets just hope that all this waiting around is well worth it!

Hmm well I've tried the equivalent number on my card and the site can't find the number. I think I'm trying the right part of the site.

Tracking stuff from any delivery people can be dodgy though, so I'll just wait to see what happens :)
 
I can sort of understand the delay you being in Ireland, I have a mate who lives in Count Cavern just across the border and stuff I send him can take weeks to get there.
But Hazro are only 30 miles down the road from me.
Lets hope they've got a good excuse for me waiting in all day, the missus`s birthday as well today, dare not go out just in case.

Agreed, I do hope this is all sorted very soon.
 
Mine just arrived this afternoon. The replacement one OcUK sent me is still a 1.0 unfortunately (and as I predicted :().

However, I must admit that the hazro is sooooo beautiful that I will make everything I can to get an upgraded one, but I'll stick with the Hazro.

Concerning the image quality, I only have vertical banding, not anymore horizontal one.

No Green sparkling for the moment.

Witcher and WoW both look so nice ;)

I'll wait for OcUK to have an upgraded stock and I'll have it changed.

Either you buy now and more than likely have to send it away to get the firmware upgraded or you wait.

You could ring overclockers and make sure you get it in writing that you will receive a firmware upgraded version, as I'm sure they're still selling their original stock (pointlessly).
