Yep, I took my phone in my pocket into a disciplinary for something I didn't do and had evidence to support this and informed them at the start of the meeting that I was recording for my own protection.

No shift change at all. There are few rumors floating around work currently about the reason, I have been notified about them from friends. Not divulging to you guys though (yet). If it is what it is rumored to be its very petty and not work related. juts a bit of banter between friends whom I have known for 12 years give or take.

Unfortunately it only takes one moment of stepping over the line when one of them is a bad mood for them to take it personally and for you to end up in the crap at work over it.

One person's 'banter' is another person's insults. As previously said, it only takes one slightly wrong turn and you end up in trouble. This is why I keep my mouth shut and head down at work. People take offence very easily.

I remember back at one job about 6-7 years ago, Person A of my department started calling person B "Wizard" as a nick name and it stuck so eveyone called person B "Wizard", Person B did'nt take kindly to this and instead so asking nicely for us to stop went straight to HR. I think he just like being the center of attention as one week he showed up to work in pink hawaiian shirt and short even though this was in the middle of a Scottish winter.

I think in most other places this letters like this.
