Ditto. I can see why people line up but I got my iPad on release day dead on 8am so I'd be happy for a repeat of that.

Kept my 4S in mint condition more or less so should hopefully get a decent price for it when it comes to selling it to fund this one.

Haha oh dear :p Some of these case makers are crazy though! I remember reading a story about when the 4S was being rumoured on. Some case makers spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on cases for rumoured prototypes, just so that they can be the first cases out on release!
 
If they make the screen larger they need to keep the resolution the same.

If they don't they'll screw up all the existing apps.

I think the 4S already has BT4 but if it doesn't then the next phone needs that.

Apart from that, I can't really think of anything else they can add that I would genuinely find useful.

EDIT: A magsafe connector sounds like a nice idea actually, especially if you can sync over it and also use it for hands free. The existing dock connector can be rather fragile.

Apps that stick with the Apple standard UI (For example, title bar at top, menu items at bottom, and main screen in middle), will all be fine with the new resolution. However other apps (Especially games), I imagine will need to be letter boxed until the developer maintains the app.
 
Spigen aren't your 'average' phone case manufacturer (though they do cite the pictures they have as the mock-up we've seen before). They must have other information though, so I'd say the leaked design is looking extremely likely.

I think it'll look good when we actually see it. Leaks always look utterly rubbish.

See I could like the design if I saw it in its proper form but I feel the need to say one more time. If it turns out to look like how these apparent photos are then I'll be hugely disappointed!
I'm hoping for a prototype what we have seen so far. Not long to find out now though!
 
My mrs is out of contract on her 4 so she phoned up to cancel to a sim only deal with Vodafone. They offered her a 16gb 4s 600 minutes unlimited texts and 1gb data for £26 a month. I told her to wait to see what the 5 offers and they then knocked 2 quid more off for 24 a month.

Granted that's over 2 years but for a total cost of £576 I think that's a damn good deal for her, seriously tempted myself instead of getting a 5.

Don't blame you at all thats is a great deal

But as you say with the 5 being round the corner will you be happy?

It's for her not me :D Like me though she doesn't want or need a bigger screen or phone size. My plan was just to sell her 4 and upgrade her sim free, but for the money and what she will get back for selling her immaculate 4 it will keep her happy.

Undecided myself tbh, 2 years is too long to be tied in for me. I think I will probably just buy a second hand 4's for a year if the 5 doesn't take my fancy :)

Just thought I'd let people know there are good retention deals available on the 4s if anyone is that was inclined :)

Oh in that case and for that price, your Mrs will be very happy indeed and will also save you a few quid LOL!! :D

I think the 5 will be stunning i mean when has Apple ever let us down :cool:
