To be fair to the "other guy" he hardly acknowledges the tackle. The bit where he pretends to be the one who's hurt while the other guy just gets up
Having said that, many "tackles" in the 60s were a great deal worse and yet we look back now on some of the players who did (and indeed were known for them) quite fondly and occassionally even as great players.
Interesting stat; with Carroll joining Liverpool, Dalglish has now broken the british transfer record 3 times by signing a Geordie striker. Beardsley and Shearer didn't work out too bad, lets hope Carroll can follow in their footsteps.
The legend that is Ron "Chopper" Harris being one of them.![]()
You reckon?I was joking, it's an atrocious act, just something he better drop quickly or else the entire country are really going to despise him. He used to get booked for diving nearly every week
Malouda/Zhirkov --- Lampard --- Essien --- Kalou/Benayoun
.
G|mp has. Along with Drogba, Ronaldo and strikers from all the other teams he's supported in the past![]()

How does Suarez survive this challenge? You can see how much pain he's in I suppose, still, brave lad.
Thats horrendous, the way he sticks his leg into Suarez's studs, horrific.
He is either very cool headed, or i suspect he didn't see it.That number 3 should have got up and planted him.
Even worse that he has the audacity to get up and act like nothings happened!
He is either very cool headed, or i suspect he didn't see it.
