NEARLY 2 WEEKS WAITING: Nissan GT-R is finally mine!

WOW WOW WOW!!!!

I need to buy a lottery ticket tonight!!

At a local car show tomorrow, and was going to give the car a wash, instead was feeling too lazy/hot to do it, so car stayed on the drive.

A neighbors e-brake failed on their car, which caused it to roll back and smash into my old mans van. Had I washed the car or been out today, it would have been right in the path, at least damage to the passenger side door, front wing and bumper, if not the rear quarter as well depending how it rolled.

Dodging bullets here!!!

Looking mighty mean as always! :D Love it

I will take the unopened clay please if it is still up for grabs? Something my detailing arsenal is missing (only got a clay mitt, which is decent, but would be cool to try a clay bar also to compare) :)
All 3. Use srp with my current wax on the porsche but yet to try egp or uds.

I'll drop you a trust.

Posted these today.

Some **** drove into the back of my 15 plate earlier this week. Only had it 4 weeks. Absolutely gutted. Hardly visible damage but expect more to be found behind the scenes.

Young Idiot suggested not going through insurance and paying for it himself! So deluded.

Oh noes! Deluded is right, new bumper + respray fitting etc will be 3k easy, plus anything else that may be damaged, valance, etc

Also pics of damage!

£3k sounds extremely modest. I may have a better idea tomorrow once I’ve had it assessed by a performance specialist someone recommended.

At first the damage looks extremely minor but keep seeing more, especially how it’s come out of line with the side panel.

Tried posting a pic using Imgur link but can’t get it to come up sorry

Hey all!

So after a recent telling off at donnington for being a few DB over the limit, decided to put the old A-level engineering skills to work.

Some perforated steel tube, a few laser-cut bits of sheet metal, some M8 bolts and nuts, some exhaust wadding and some aluminum tape.

Happy with the result to be honest! could have been cleaner and tidier, but theyre just to nudge a few DB off, so hopefully they will do the trick.
