*** Nintendo Switch ***

Looks decent, hybrid, most mock ups had it pretty much spot on....showed playing skyrim, the new revamped one the other consoles are getting so it must have a decent amount of grunt....and completely portable.

I'm sold...provided it isn't extortionately priced.

Will the playing experience on the handheld match when it is docked at home?

Looks great though, particularly like the modular controller. Be amazing being able to play games like that on a flight like in the video.

Hopefully it will pack some grunt too and not be woefully underpowered. Me likey.

March 2017 too. Sooner than I thought!

Pretty much what I was thinking.
Fact that Skyrim Remastered says its probably got a reasonable amount of grunt, hopefully PS4K-Scorpio sort of region, and also suggests they've got at least some 3rd parties back onboard.

Could be good!

Watch it be the same price as the PS4 Pro.

Provided it comes bundled with a game (BOTW preferably) I could stomach £379 launch pricing.

2K sports games too...what evers powering it, it looks like its going to be x86-64 based? so 3rd party developers shouldn't be all that put off by it.

One things for certain, as of march 2017, my hour long bus journeys too and from work will get a lot less boring :D

I wonder what the dock does exactly, is it just a HDMI port? If so graphics could be pretty awful in comparison. I see it's cartridge based? No backwords compatibility?

I'm buying regardless.

I can't see it being a 4K console myself. But who knows!

Didn't catch any glimpses of how games are loaded. Someone said something about it being cartridge based?

They load a cartridge when there waiting at the airport.
