Just be prepared to be shut down at some point as Nintendo can be very pedantic about their intellectual property being used for monetary gain.
Nintendo hates fan work. Strange thing is, a lot of people have gotten away with it. Heck, there's a guy out there who edits Pokemon saves and then sells the games. And another couple who do artwork prints of Nintendo designs and sell those. You'd be surprised how much goes under their radar. It's only if it gains a massive enough following to the point where Nintendo themselves actually notice it, then you're in trouble. So keep it small and fly under the Nintendo douche-dar.
No. You're quite right. It's the PS4 pro and 4K TV combo
Despite owning a regular PS4 and the Xbox One being pointless when there's PCs around, I'd argue that the Xbox One S (or Scorpio) is a better combo. For the singular reason that it plays 4k Blu-rays and the PS4Pro doesn't. And the surprising thing is the PS4Pro costs a ton more than XB1S. Otherwise, the 2 are the same, except the Xbox doesn't really have any exclusives anymore. Makes me feel completely fine with my regular PS4 lol.
I have a few I intend to get eventually (Uncharted 4 being the main candidate) but overall I have not been as wowed with any PS4 games as I have been with Zelda.
TLoU was my first PS4 game as I didn't get it for my PS3 and I was a bit underwhelmed after all the gushing praise it had got. I was bored after an hour or so. I should go back to it one day
Ratchet and Clank is a game I highly recommend, the most fun I've had on the PS4 so far. Bloodborne is only worth it if you have the time to invest to die to bosses repeatedly. And don't feel bad about TLoU. Most people seem to be crazed fanatics when it comes to that game (similarly with the new Zelda), it's a breath of fresh air to have more people be critical about it.
Xenoblade 2 would be nice though doubtful for this year?
Considering the WiiU Xenoblade Chronicles X released many years after it was first revealed, no way in hell is Xenoblade 2 releasing this year. It'll be 2019 at least.
I'm pretty sure this has been tried and won't work, only way to output to TV is via the dock.
And that's Nintendo's big plan to sell people overpriced bits of plastic, as the only way of outputting HDMI. To be fair though, you don't need it since the portable mode is great enough. Games like Zelda actually run better in portable mode lol.
