I think its really good. Graphically very impressive, and im enjoying the game, especially for free.
Arrr got ya! I dont even get that far uinfortunately. I'm still trying to find a cable which will give me a proper USB 3 connection. Amazon will be getting annoyed with me. 3 x cables, 3 x USB 3 cards, 5 returns so far. More cables arriving today + Monday!
They were pretty efficient with me. Took a few days but I was the hold up.

if you're having problems with every cable, could it be your pc?
Have you tried the Anker 3m one?

I opened another ticket and got it straight away, downlading now.
I've been using the USB tester in the Oculus app.
I think I've ruled my PC out. I'm getting the same results with a USB 3 port on a laptop too. But I've proved I get a SuperSpeed USB 3 connection with the laptop and PC using a USB 3 external drive.

I've also been using the USB Device Tree Viewer app whcih shows me the USB connection types too.

Yep thats the one I have and it shows as USB 3 for me but at only about 1.8 Gbps in Oculus link. I think was quite a common value to see, no one was getting much higher before. Is your pc saying its USB2?

Wow. This is social. I've just spent the last hour chatting to my dad whilst fishing in exotic locations ( with fantastic graphics). You forget where you are, even if you know you aren't actually fishing. It was like we were actually together. Amused myself by waving my fishing rod in front of his face whilst he was trying to fish too.
Even without lockdown i don't get to see him often, but this is just amazing. Feels so much more natural than a phone or video call.
