**Official Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Discussion Thread**

Well, they work fine in the bios so i would say its a driver issue.

Hating the thought of RMA cause it watercooled build and will take ages to unbuild / rebuild, plus I bought it here about 2 months ago and only just plugged it in. Gonna try a few things first and hope it works.

Also, anyone else here using this board with g9x / g510?

Pretty sure it's fixed now.

Had to unplug everything from the back, unplug power from the wall and hold power button down to drain the PSU, booted up again and wulah. Got a nice shiny BIOS now as well :)

Hi, i was hoping some of you could give me your thoughts on this board as its been out for a while now. I'd been planning a new build for a few months and had decided on this mobo (toss up with the P8Z77-V PRO) but had to put it off due to some car issues, but the tank is back in order and im ready to push on with this.

Any issues i should be aware of?

big improvements on these boards and the latest beta bios regarding samsung green overclocking!!!

2600mhz is now possible

not sure about this one as the board I had is F8 BIOS and will accept all the way up to 2133mhz and cannot go further with my samsung green memory and my board is Z77X UD5H

Well the only issue I had was with my keyboard not working in a very very early BIOS version within the actual UEFI.

I put together a new UD5H/i7-3770k system yesterday, and i have a problem getting into the bios with a Mionix keyboard.

It seemed to be working ok on first setup (with no extra drives or hardware connected), but after connecting everything up and updating the bios pressing delete during boot either does nothing, or goes into the Windows boot menu.

I'm not quite sure where it's failing as i don't normally get anything on the screen until it's already into the Windows boot (i.e. i don't usually see the bios splash screen), but with a basic usb keyboard its all ok if i press delete as soon as the keyboard turns on.

It's running bios f9q at the mo, haven't tried with f10.

If you want to make life easier, just use cheap USB keyboard for when you're tuning your system.

Otherwise (assuming it's not just an issue with your particular board/setup) you can either raise a support call with Gigabyte and hope that eventually they implement compatibility, or you'll just have to find a BIOS that works for you.

I know that on my D3H board with my G19 I have to have it plugged into a normal USB 2.0 socket to register a key press before Windows starts. I think the USB 2.0 sockets on the UD5H are red.

A wired keyboard worked for me after much grief with others.

Also the F10x bios now allows you to restore from a previous profile. I tried to restore from the bios F10 profile, which it allowed with a warning. Things did not go too well and so manually settings were applied once I could get it to boot.

Hello, I would ask for a help. My Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H is not accepting the xmp profile of Corsair 2000MHz, but if I put the 1866 works perfectly in the latencies described in my signature. This would be a bios bug that can be solved with the beta F9i? or may be incompatible with the memory card? Thank you in advance any information and forgive me my bad English.
