Official iPad (2012 model) Accessories Thread

New Coverbuddy arrived and I have to say I like it.

There is a very small hairline gap visible in the cut-way bits at the edges, obviously as it has to cater for the slightly different curvature of the iPad2 but, overall, it fits just as well as the last one did on my iPad3.

I'm happy to take back my reservations about this product and Switcheasy - I'm as happy with it as I was the last one and highly recommend it.

Seems to be a bit of a shortage of the new ipad 64gb wifi model. I've been trying to reserve this in Aberdeen for over a week. While they get all the other models in stock, they never seem to get this one in. I guess it' just a popular model.

I got the the Belkin Snap Shield (secure version) yesterday to go with a Smart cover and I'm very happy with it, great rubbery feel and does exactly what I want. The metal strip for holding the cover in place when folded over is great too.

Same in London. No Apple stores had it, no Authorised resellers, Large electrical places etc. In the end i got it from Argos, have you checked their site?

Posted this in the other thread, thought you guys might like a look.

Got my missus the new iPad for her birthday to drag her into the 21st century. It's the first bit of computer tech she has owned so I was naturally skeptical when she called me from town saying she had bought a case for it. I imagined her coming back with something from a market stall, in bright green and cheap rubber.
I was somewhat impressed.

I went for the smartcover combo + the incipio smartfeather ultralight Iridescent Gray. Matches up nicely with my smart cover, and is very light, and protects the back without adding any additional weight. I paid about £18 for it off the rainforest place.
