Post your FTTC line stats & unlocking info

Wish I had got a different none free router or modem now. Got the HH5. First 6 months the connection had a max sync rate of 93000 ish down and 31000 up. This dropped just before christmas to 77000 down and 24000 up. No tweaking powers on the HH5.
 
^^ Mine was the same. Last year max rate was 113000 down and 42000 up but now this year was 89000 down and 28000 up. Because the SNR was reduced itself. Last year was 15.2dB/22.9dB and now was 8.7dB/15.1dB.

My upload speed has never gone back up from when I first got FTTC. Used to sync at 20000kbps but has been lower for ages now. Used get about 17/18mb ul but now it's about 12mb

My cabinet is literally around the corner from my house as well. Doubt there's anything I can do but if there is I'd like to hear it.

So I just want to check before I price the "buy" button, the Billion 8800NL is the right choice if I want to bin my HH5?

If I want better wireless performance is 8800axl a good option?
 
Guys, any idea why my speed has dropped? I seem to have gone from mid 60's to mid 40's downstream.

I haven't touched anything at home. All I've tried so far is resetting the modem once and resetting the router.

I went on online chat with Sky and they wanted to book an engineer but I declined as I wanted to give it a week.

To be fair, it seems to have risen from 44 to 48 in terms of attainable rate.
 
So it arrived, plugged it in and it worked first time!

Now my questions is can I still used by HH5 for its wireless and firewall, how do I set that up?
