No problem, you can go about your life while chatting. I find it easier to be cheeky on the asks as well over chatCheers.
I used this number last time 08001512747, so free call. Think it was Monday, got through within 10 minsI'm looking to cancel too. Was on live chat for an hour yesterday with nobody picking up so to speak. I've sent an email, but it's almost like a ps5 is easier to get hold than a sky rep. Might ring them during the week, I just don't want to pay for a call.
Cheers, I'm going to give them a week then I'll try it. I bet there's 1 person that works cancellation but loads more for new customers.I used this number last time 08001512747, so free call. Think it was Monday, got through within 10 mins
It's in the T's & C's that they can raise TV prices by up to 10%. if they raise your broadband price though you can leave but you need to tell them you're going to leave and then approach another provider.I got my email today saying prices were going up by £5pm
Only another couple of months & I'm out of contract & I'll be off...can't wait.
I'm assuming I can't leave early because of the price rise like you can with Virgin?
Tried to cancel sky yesterday, even though I'm not out of contract till the end of April, I can't give notice until the end of March (I wanted to give them 6 weeks notice). I said the main issue was cost, we currently pay 35 and she came back with 53
. Then tried to flog me broadband, cba telling her I'm on kcom so good luck with that

Pretty much exactly my train of thought, I'm sure she actually said "how does that sound"Great logic there !! "I cant afford £35", "ok, here's your reduced price of £53" idiots !!
I got a SMS message saying they missed me and to come back and get Sky Glass.
