*** Sky TV Cancellation & Negotiation Thread ***

How many goes do Sky usually have at getting a customer to stay with deals?

Just had my first email - signatguire, sports & cinema for £44 over 18 months. That would be great apart from multiroom is an extra £12 andf HD/UHD another £9

Also, whats ultimate TV? thats another £6...

I've now had another email offer to return.

This time for Sky Stream.

Sky Stream with Ultimate TV, Cinema and Sport £40 a month for 18 months plus a £20 set-up fee.
Whole home £7 a month.
UHD and Dolby Atmos £2 a month.
Skip the ads £5 a month.
Sky Kids £3 a month.

They're still only offering me the package I had for 35% more than I was paying in an attempt to "win me back". 10-15% more in line with other price rises I could understand but that's far too much.

Afternoon all

My bill went from £77 per month up to £120 per month, just called and they offered me same packge for £99?

Said I'd like to cancel, then they came back and offered my Sky Glass, which I declined and now sat in a 25min call que for disconnections

I only have TV with them, not BB thats with Virgin which tbf has been rock solid

Only complication is we have the inlaws in the annex next door to us so its a real pain to move it all over to VM, Will have to do the "im leaving" dance agin :(

I would go to the winback team on sky , i saved £18 per month on same package

What's in your package for that price?

Just got my second email asking me to stay but for the exact price as per the first email. Is this likely to get any better?

My service stops on the 27th, I've had a single text message with a link to live chat, nothing else whatsoever. I've opted in to marketing as well.
