Tony Bloom has put a quarter of a billion quid into them, financed the stadium. Not been short of a few bob since they got promoted.
I think Mata or a playmaker on the right would balance out Martial and Rashford. Sancho would have been good there too. But there is James and Mata so i would hope our last window activity is Eriksen or Savic or Fernandes. And for me that would be ok until next year.
If Lukaku goes thats fine by me we will be a good team with Eriksen and Pogba and a front three of Martial Rashford and Mata. I will be very happy indeed.

Nah mate, he hasn't lost any of his pace. Still strikes fear into the heart of opposition when they see him rampaging down the right wing with the wind in his sails.
The fact he has always been a **** RW/RM and yet has probably played most of his football there for us should tell you whether he is likely to still get a lot of game time out there this season.

I'm not sure we'll see it much, I don't think he's played there preseason at all.
Harry Wilson looks like he's off to Bournemouth on loan, providing we get guarantees about playing time. Looking more and more like we're going down the loan farming route with some of our 'youngsters', shipping them out on loan until somebody pays us a big fee.

Could be a decent backup for Sakho and Tomkins, who notoriously will have to sit out a few games a season from injury.
He’s better than Tomkins surely? Also I very much doubt he’s gone there other than to be guaranteed starting..

He is not match fit at the moment, so I absolutely see Cahill starting our first few matches, then I guess we'll see how he performs.
I must admit, for £75k/week, you'd want him starting, but Tomkins and Sakho are equally expensive and just as good.

Sounds like Koscielny is going to Bordeaux today for £4.6 mill. We have had quite the clearout this summer.
I think that's best for the Club and the Player - Shame it had to end like that.

Last year of his contract and £500m+ of stadium debt, I'm not sure he can afford to say no.

Wilson would be a great loan signing for Bournemouth. He had a good season last year at Derby and alongside the likes Fraser, Brooks (when he recovers), Lewis Cook, etc, they'd have an excellent young midfield for the season to come.
He'd certainly be a safer option than Fernandes, he's got bags of prem experience and at 27 he's still in his prime. As Baz says, last year of his contract and massive stadium debt mean Levy probably has to sell him.
Yeh bit of a shame he’s leaving as he was immense for us in the past but age and injuries caught up with him. Which meant he was hardly fit for the whole season.
Anyhow best of luck to him. Just glad it’s all been resolved in the end.
Now just need to get rid of Mustafi and I’ll be much more happier.
