that's a good price for someone who never really took off and spent a lot of time on the bench but i'm gutted for the bloke that he never made an impact because i think he could have been great with the right people around him. palacios is a bit of a shame but we need these kind of funds.

i dunno about £12.5 mill but that house is huge and very modern too, the rooms are also of a decent size too. it also has 7 en suites the £4mill flat has 1 en suite and a bedroom which isnt big enough to walk around in.

that 12.5 mill house looks about spot on for the money, look at the interior, and the size of the house, the land you get too is all flat and in good shape. just look at the swimming pool too.

neville's flat in my opinion should be worth about £1.5 mill max, first of all its manchester, second of all it's tiny.
