I'm after some advice. I have this Protein Powder, about 2.2kg of it left. I'm going to take a shake with me for after workouts as I have a fair amount of time between getting out of the gym and eating food.
Should I buy different powder, how much difference will it make? I'm going to put bananas and strawberries in my shakes too, maybe I'll try oats sometime. I've never eaten oats in my life.
I've always eaten junk foods, literally. Sausage, chips and beans for almost every meal. Otherwise, a cheese sandwhich, crisps, chocolate, other junk. Only processed meat (sausages, chicken nuggets, fishfingers, burgers). Will be interesting to try other foods to say the least!
I now know that I like apples, bananas, chicken, grapes, a couple of vegetarian soups. That's pretty much as far as I've got
I used to like eggs when I was younger, they're next on my list! I love beefburgers, I'm guessing I'll like steak too based on that.
Now, what else can I try? I've thought of trying eggs, steak, cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts, a couple of fruits, any more suggestions? Must be things that are easyand quick to cook or prepare. Foods that I can have on-the-go are ideal
*edit* I forgot to ask what I wanted to know in the first place. What foods should I be eating? I'm trying to bulk up without gaining too much fat. I'm 5"9 tall and weigh around 10.5st I think. Pic
here. And how much should I be eating? I've read 1gram of protein for every ib I weigh, which puts it at around 150 I guess.
If I'm eating 5-6 meals a day, what should be a typical day for me? I.E what should I be eating and how much? If you could, I'd either like to have a single set diet that I adhere to every day, or say 1-3 options per meal. Keeping things structured will ensure that I stick to my routine/diet
