strong lift indeed. Couple of points and to make, firstly, sack your camera man, he sucks for angles

the Deadlift is a back exercise and we can't see your back for toffee! Although keep him around for motivation, as he did say you were brilliant lol
Secondly, ditch the trainers. They are a big impairment on lifting with solid/stable form, if you think all the weight is being pushed through your feet to the floor and you've got this squishy mess of shoe designed for running in the way. You will see the benefits of taking those bad boys off.
Thirdly, make sure you get properly tight on the bar, this is even more important on rep maxes, you can see that your not tight at the start of the movement, your arms lock out in tightness just after you start the pull.

Really strong, and for a rep max I've seen so much worse, it wasn't bad at all, it could just be much better. Considering you have been deadlifting for what 8 weeks that's good.
