I didn't call you a ****, I said that I do not act like a ****. I didn't even say that YOU act like a **** (although clearly that is what I mean).

If I wanted to call you names I'd go ahead and do it. As it turns out there's no need as you do enough damage to your character by simply posting.
 
Your posts are....Confusing. Still not convinced you get the whole protein thing.

Its simple really. Eat more, eat 1g per pound in bodyweight of protein, lift lots of weights = gain muscle mass and fat. Forget short term weight fluctuations, look at it over a few weeks, reassess the diet and go again. Look in the mirror to gauge progress, take photos etc.

Daily weight fluctuations mean naff all. You want to get big, eat big son.

I've been excreting water for the last three days and hardly eaten anything, yet I've gained 2lbs, the body is a wonderful thing.
 
I wasn't aiming it at you, but others. Everything I posted they couldn't care less, so I'm not posting anymore and I usually get on well on this forum but I don't mingle well around this part.

Kind of just feel like quitting gym to be honest, nearly everyone says I'll never get big, look at me like I'm a douche when asking my diet and discover I'm a vegan. Post **** when I just want to ask questions. I'm not going through the best time in my life right now so just getting to gym has been progress for me and you guys who took the **** have knocked my motivation.

Thanks for the help Delvis and looking past my stupid posts. I wish there was more people like you in this part of the forum.

Just a heads up, I nearly quit once when I first started, you just need to ignore the people that annoy you.

If you're going to quit because of some turds on a forum, prove them wrong.
 
I know about protein and eating more. I didn't ask anyone not to eat protein or that we have an "infinite" amino pool. I even suggested peanut butter which has tons of protein and healthy fats. Point is don't disregard my suggestion as useless just because it doesn't include protein, he wanted calories not protein. It's easy to suggest protein he can put whatever he wants with it.

Nate, fully cereal here, don't let a bit of banter get you all in a blub. No one really gives a **** if you make lol posts, we all just find it funny and then forget about it the second you make any sensible point and make gains. Disregard creating posts, listen to fully jacked kernts, make gains, acquire awesomeness.
