Figures are in i have put 2.8kg over the x-mas period, i expect 90% to be water weight two weeks binge is over and the new diet / training started today. I feel like a bird already there is so much seeds and nuts in the diet it's insane, something i have not used in my diet before other than almonds. Now there is pumpkin seeds, hemp, sunflower, walnuts, , cashew nuts, and pecan.
i have 100 days to drop 3% body fat, setting the goals and getting where i need to be before some summer model work.
