I don't actually lift, it was my first time ;)

No idea what happened in the photo, at least I look my normal self in the cover photo of the FB group and not some twig.

I like the twig photo, I kinda want to send that and the vid to a friend of mine and go "See! You don't have to be huge to be strong!" :p

Since I did my first deadlifts last week since my spinal surgery I hope I can work my way back up.

I want to try some goblet squats this week as well.
 
Feels much better today. Been doing a lot of stretching and foam rolling, along with a walk into town. Did me some good.

I shall be doing some weighted back extensions today at the end of my training.
