The reps at the water fountain were great! I hope she recognised him and just didn't say anything or else she's gullible enough to do anything!

I dropped my bench press on my face today. Someone ran over to rescue me so was quite embarrassing and now got a big scrape on my cheek.

Doing sl5x5, feel like a de-load but sticking strictly to the routine I need to fail again. In fairness, it was the last rep of 5x5 so better than Monday.

Did you try to rack it without your arms locked or something?

My point was chep gyms (like mine) have weights that literally slip off if you breath on them without clips, id rather not risk it....especially as my movements are about as symetrical as a one legged cat with toast on its face.

Yeah lessons learned, I clip on the OHP because I have a few plates on.

But I'm pretty light on bench at the moment so had not seen the need for clips so far I guess. It's not something that has really been mentioned to do until you screw up.

I only posted as I thought it might entertain some people.
