As an accessory to back squats. I thought they might help develop more strength on the ascent.
Do paused squats. Much better for you.
I find the best way to know how long to pause is to say in your head "whose stupid idea was this anyway, that mrthingyx is always to blame for this sort of thing". Works for me anyway!
