Just installed my PALIT GameRock OC 4090 which i purchased a few hours ago from a local shop.
Adapter cable is messy but i have a CableMod cable on order to clean it up.

I'm a big fan of Phanteks, beautiful cases. That's a really nice, clean setup/image, wonder if it's actually someone's PC or just a showpiece/render. Regardless, it's very nice.

I dont know how to solve constant 2610mhz clock/60-70w,while card is in idle (Strix),tried in NVCP both normal perf. And maximum perf. All same,did DDU with a latest driver all same,all without msi afterburner not present on the system because with afterburner installed im loosing zero fan rpm and fans are working constant 30% 1000rpm,i have only one solution left, roll roll back 522 driver,any thoughts?
I get back zero rpm after i uninstall afterburner,and zero rpm was back,and clock was like 1min 210mhz and then again 2610mhz,i tried both power settings on/of (NVCP) and power settings in windows balanced/performance,and link state off/on all same,i have to try old driver 522 now

Finally making a start on the 4090 build. I love that the Bykski block comes with no instructions and a nice quality check card that says "do it yourself"

My fans stay at 0 when I boot up, but as soon as I have played a game its stuck at 30% fan speed, must be a bug in the new nvidia drivers?

No, the vRam is double-density so it all fits on the front of the card (same with the 3090Ti).
