Cheers. The more I use the device the more I love it. Don't want to come across as being anal again but I'm just curious. Sometimes when I'm typing the audible key strokes will be loud and then it seems they drop down a volume level. Not sure if it's just the device automatically adjusting the volume or something?
I might get flamed for saying this but the device feels a lot snappier than the gs2.

Also I use Facebook messenger quite a lot and send a lot of messages through it so it's important I always stay logged in but every hour or so it tells me I have to login again to renew my session. Never saw that issue with the android app.

It's most likely the position of your hand over the speaker (it's the bottom right 'vent' thing). As long as the speaker plays music correctly with no problems there's nothing to worry about.
That's because it is. It's a faster, better optimised OS on (more or less) equally capable hardware.
I've never used that myself, it should keep you logged in though, various other apps work fine.
I just like to have things known for sure 
. it's in my nature. Compared my 4s to my girlfriends 4 and hers was noticeably whiter on whites but it was also quite blue.
I'm not really bothered by it as I'm happy with the screen however it's a shame all the devices don't have whites like that. With the 4s it seems hit and miss with some people having to get upto 5 replacements for the whiter screen.

A lot of people prefer the whiter/bluer screens but as long as the screen isn't too yellow I believe it gives a warmer tone and better colour reproduction
Mine doesn't really look yellow at all so it's fine that way compared to the 4, just not as vibrant I guess the word would be.
Near the bottom of my screen I do have a small yellow blotch which I hope will fade in time.

Just smashed a friends iPhone celebrating tonights football result! The touchscreen all works fine and it is perfectly usable but there is just some large cracks across the glass.
I am looking now for the replacement part, will i need just the glass or digitizer or lcd panel? I assume just glass if the screen is working fine?

does the triangle come up saying its too hot ? if so it will show on their diagnostics and they will happily replace
I have not seen any yellow triangle at all. I'm assuming it's turning off because of how hot the back feels but I could be wrong.
I thought it might have been an app/software issue but various restores and it still happens every now and then.
A few other little niggles I've picked up. When my phone vibrates it also rattles really bad and the ear piece does the same thing in calls.
Will pop into Carphone tomorrow and try get a replacement, won't be happy if they don't.

Speaking from experience. The glass/LCD/digitiser are all stuck together as one so needs an entire new front for the smashed glass. The best thing to do is take to Apple for a replacement. £139 and they will give you a "brand new" refurb phone. Nothing wrong with that as their refurbs are brilliant.
Went into car phone warehouse today showed them the phone and they agreed it was faulty and replaced me. This other unit seems ok however the vibrate button is a little bit iffy, if you apply light pressure on it it'll move half way and not fully go into vibrate mode but it's not that big of a deal really.

Way too early. The main reason they moved the 4S from June was to leave WWDC as a software-only event (iOS 6 w00t), I doubt we'll see a new iPhone till at least the same time of year as the 4S. OS upgrade is the next thing to be excited about, every major update we hope they do something fresh with how it looks (not that I'm complaining, it works fine but it's looked identical for a long time now).
