I'm still undecided. The 4S announcement was exactly what I thought it would be (though I was expecting Apple to release Siri in a later update rather than as a public beta), but I'm still disappointed that screen size hasn't been increased.

A larger screen would likely have meant more to me than any other improvement in the phone. So now I'm considering the move to Android, but having 250 or so iOS apps I'm really not sure I can put up with the still inferior Android Market.

quite possible, Some people go completely nuts for the latest apple hardware, Apple and the staff know this so they are also trained to be completely crazy lol.

Either way, buying from an Apple Store on launch means queuing for hours.

Wouldn't of thought so no, May run into stock problems if the Ipad2 launch is anything to go by though? I'm not sure.

If the reports of them churning out 100,000 devices per day are true, then no, there won't be any stock problems.

Otherwise, there probably will be, but I don't think it will be too bad this time actually.

As what a pain in the ass it was trying to get hold of a ipad2 at launch lol, I actually gave up got a Iphone 4 to get the wanting new apple hardware bug out my system and haven't bothered yet

Most of mine is in Apple Lossless, my main library is nearly 120Gb but I ticked the 'convert to 128k' box and that 120Gb compresses down to around 30Gb on my iPad. Much as I like lossless on my computer I don't feel that having 128k files on my iDevice is a problem.

Did you have any trouble when converting?

I get loads of songs which can't be synced for some reason when I have 'convert to 128k' ticked...
