While I'm underwhelmed like many of you, let's recap -
Screen - the same, I'm disappointed that it hasn't been increased to 4" but it's still the best screen in the business for general use.
Design - still looks good and doesn't require all new accessories.
Camera - improved quite a bit by the sound of it, excellent news if you take a lot of pictures.
Video - 1080p, substantial improvement once again, especially with the stabilisation.
Phone features - new antenna should improve reception, that's pretty important, right?
Software - Siri could be amazing and iOS 5 improves nicely on iOS 4, even though you'll have everything bar Siri on the iPhone 4 if you have one now.
Storage - 64GB option is good news, double capacity, big upgrade.
Internals - Dual-core, etc. Should be a lot quicker in operation like the iPad 2 is now.
So, is it an essential upgrade? Absolutely not, but it's not a rubbish update either.
I still think it could have been a lot better though. Apple are going to have to start innovating a bit more in future.
