***THE BF4 BENCHMARKS THREAD***

new patch installed and its still crashing for me

its this i keep getting

I assuming you're using MSI AB to overclock/overvolt your GPU. This does not work in BF4 since its 64 bit. Your clock will initiate but the voltage wont, so the GPU crashes and the driver restarts TADA ERROR. Use sapphire trixx for overvolting when playing BF4.

Actually it works fine for me, to change vcore on my HIS 7950's using afterburner.

on 'em matt, and knocked multi down 1 but using same vcore, which is a lot!!

I meant gpu vcore. Though until you get things stable id have everything at stock.

That can't be true because if it is my 7970 is going 1200/1700 in BF4 on stock volts

anyone else getting regular crashes, gpu at stock, even upped the voltage, dropped cpu multi, is it the game or something my end???

Yes, its a BF4 bug, supposedly fixed with the last patch, to be honest i have not had a crash since then but in the patch thread on the BF4 forum others are still reporting crashes.

No crashes at all for me.

Not had any individual crashes. However a load of us in TS have all crashed at the same time while all playing on the same server. We all have a mix of cards from either side so its not tied to either brand. Just little bugs that need to be ironed out in the beta.

You can also use EVGA's Precision X, works fine on my 7970 :)

I wish mine did that, I'm limited to 1145/1445. What card you got?

That's called Titan Syndrome. The server can't keep up with the throughput of those truly majestic, magnificent cards.

Whilst on the subject there might be 3 up for sale very cheap in a couple of weeks.

:D plug.

Actually I still don't have access to the market space which is annoying :(

Sadly none of us own titans. Try 7950's 680's and a single 5850. :D

Just finished two full rounds, no crashing.

Anyway, CPU bottlenecking. in places you wouldn't expect.

FPS at the top, GPU usage between GPU temp and clock rate.

I had a similar one, BF4 Beta forums pointed to running a 'Repair' within Origin, fixed it and not seen it again since!
