I haven't got a proper bench to add to this thread, but I will say I was surprised to find that my 2500k doesn't seem to be bottlenecking my 7970 at full ultra/64 man server.

I'm getting close to 100% GPU usage with my 2500k at 4.2GHz. I was planning on ramping up the OC on the CPU to 4.8GHz but I might not need to. Anyone with a 2500k getting similar results?

Use MSI afterburner to create gpu overlays as per my thread here.

Affects some games more than others. Most notable games would be Battlefield 3/4 and Crysis 3.

Join a busy 64 man Battlefield 3 server. Leave the base of Caspian or Firestorm map and look across the whole map. Note your gpu usage.

on a side note, saw the most ridiculous hacker today. Now I'm not bitter and I have no issue what so ever that there are thousands of people out there better than me. But 89-1 I saw today , disgusting cheating hacking turds

The beta feels a lot more polished than it was, just had a game on a 64 player map set the gfx settings to ultra and was getting 49-66 fps rock solid throughout the 30 mins of the map.

Almost wish i didn't buy that second 7950 now if its going to run like that on ultra with 1 card. That was with 4xmsaa aswell.

Well like i said before im not the best player but i hope u like the added music i stuck in which makes it more watchable.. yep thats BF4 soundtracks right there

I might just grab a load of footage before the beta ends and make an epic mini movie now i can run Fraps recordings onto my Raid0 2 TB drives. It'll give me something to play with up to the release as im thinking of buying the game now.

Anybody know what time the beta ends?

Im dropping a 3770k in my machine in place of my 4.3ghz 2500k in the next few days. I would say i will let you know but the beta ends tomorrow!

Fed up of seeing my 670's in SLI only at 60% usage and seeing the framerate drop to ~55 when this happens. My i5 cant cope with a 64 man server and keeping both 670's fed.
