Single 780Ti @ 1440P Paracel Storm 64 Man Ultra 4X MSSA

Don't think that's too bad for 1440P.

Clocks 1167/3802

4960x @ 4.7

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
32305, 491079, 48, 98, 65.784

That's really good actually. Is that overclocked much? Parcel Storm is one of the most demanding maps i think. One thing ive noticed is when the storm hits it takes a hit on fps. I played only during the storm here, caught the last 15 minutes or so.

Hey frosty. Nice to see your back up and running. Did you happen to have anytime to run a 64 man bench on a demanding map with only 2 ti's @ 1440 maxed with 4xAA? Im not looking for crazy high frame rates. I'm more worried about minimums going under 60. :)

Crap! Forgot, will do tonight fella now the games working for me.

Ever so slightly mate, think I was running a modest 30Mhz on the core, but memory was at 230mhz offset (3800mhz). So all things considered, not massively. That's back on the stock BIOS so circa 1114mhz ish boostage :)

Edit: Actually going by what I posted at the time I was obviously boosting a little higher, but that was probably highest clock. Also note worthy my temp target was set to 90c :)

I'll do a couple more on a single card again to confirm later. Maybe with the memory at stock too.

Overclocking all 3 cards is pretty much like trying to extinguish a bonfire with your bare hands. Heat gets too much...really tempted to expand my loopy loop.

@1150/1400-4770k @4.6.

I've been testing the memory overclocks using the test range and i gain around 6-8fps from stock 1250 to 1500.

the strange thing is though, if i just overclock my memory, i don't get any blackscreen crashes, it's only when overclocked both the core and memory that i seem to get them.

I almost had a heart attack but realised I haven't done mine at 1080 yet lol. Flying along there though

Pushing both core and VRAM always puts more strain either way I find. I can push the core on mine 40mhz higher with the memory at stock. Think it's more a temperature thing more than anything. GK110s are quite temperamental with higher temps and overclocking. Which is why water is the way forward

:D Cheers pal,

I'd love to get a 1440P monitor again, but alas, this time of year there's nothing but dust in my wallet, so it'll have to wait.

Get them underwater bud, that's my plan in the new year.

Cheers bud would be good to see.

How can you compare multiplayer?

Totally agree, it's just not possible when there's so may variables in MP.

Wish DICe would sort out a benchmark for it.

Will probably get the Classys underwater :) 3 blocks though and some additional w/c bits isn't as cheap as you first expect lol.

Rgr that pal,
being pricing up a loop for my system...not cheap at all :(

After seeing these results i think my 1440p results look a little low. This could be because on my 1440p run i spent the round on foot mostly where as this time i spent a bit of time on the boat and this inflates fps somewhat.

Yeah, the usage seems to spike, but apparently that's the drivers not reporting the usage properly (I hope).
Disabled ULPS.
I've removed and re-installed the drivers repeatedly. I can only install the 9.5 BETAs over the 9.4s. The display driver fails to install if I try to install the 9.5 from scratch.

Try this boot into Safe mode and run DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" This is the Number one software for removing Drivers :D
No need to use control panel, just Safe mode and use Recommended Setting.

Initial outlay costs are the stinger, once you're sorted with res/pump/rads/cpu block the water upgrades are a little kinder on the wallet. Saying that you still need to add £80-100 to every gpu you buy.

The good thing is water kit doesn't usually hold much second hand value, this is where you save lots of money :)
