*** The Official HTC One M8 Thread ***

Just ordered mine :D anyone recommend me a Class 10 64GB MicroSD card? so far looking at Kingston they still one of the best around? been awhile since looking at SD cards.

I'm not going to buy one but anyone who doesn't buy one because of the black bar needs to have their head checked. It's the best looking Android phone by far, what phone would you buy instead if cosmetics are that vital?

Yeah it is surprisingly close to the Note 3, and the Note 3 is a good mm thinner!

I think its a lot more manageable, the top speaker part is not going to really effect your reach, they have knock on like features so the power button won't matter, and it is still narrow even compared to the S5 which I think is the bigger problem.

Most reviews comment that it feels great in hand and the curves make it not feel as big.

Size of the iphone screen is shocking! What are apple playing at by not making it bigger? And why do people still buy them? Baffling.

I think they will make it bigger, but iOS works well on a small screen and for general use (and not heavy media consumption) it's good overall.

Then you have people who actually want something they can manage very easily in one hand.

I have just had a HTC in my hand,
It is honelty not that big in the hand at all.
I think that the width is the most important factor.
Also its also fat in the middle only so thats not an issue either.
Build quality is insane, They grey one is very impressive
THe camera is crap though

For reference i have an s3 and the size of this was not an issue to me.

Think im getting a z2 though

z2/oppo find7 look like the winners this round.. LG might kick off something banging tho!

I think things can be a bit on the crammed side, everything is just easier/more enjoyable on a bigger screen. You also get more content on most Android devices these days.

IMO The Oppo 7 is well into phablet territory and the back is step down from the classy Oppo 5. Looks generic and a bit cheap.

The Z2 would be my choice at a push and I don't really like any of the phone this year. Nobody has trumped the design card.
