The speakers are amazing, if you don't hear the notification noise you will hear the vibration instead.

Yep, the speakers are very loud and the vibration motor is strong.

Guys, I've got a couple of cases (Poetic and Dot view case) and a slick wraps black carbon fibre wrap (brand new) I no longer have a need for. Anyones welcome to these if wanted, I'd prefer not to post cause of the hassle but if someone wants to collect from around the stoke area they are most welcome.

I'm in Stoke and would gladly take them off your hands mate. Where a bouts are you?

Just smashed my screen! Was only from a very small height but typically landed face down right on a pointy metal corner!

I've read that these are rather tricky to replace. Can anyone recommend a decent place/company to get it sorted?

Free Replacement looks like USA only.

Yeah it's US only.

Regretting not getting it insured now.

Most of the companies I've looked at have rather mixed reviews so I'm still unsure about what to do.

Anyone know how to get S-OFF, im rooted with unlocked bootloader, tried using firewater but get: firewater cannot work on your device. no amount of reflashing, retrying, or ruuing will fix...

Any ideas?

Tried that method first, guess my phone has the patch that closed that loophole.

Running gpe now so all ready for the lollipop! Must try and track down the app for the stock sense browser though.
may even go back to sense when it eventually gets a lollipop makeover as kitkat is not very customisable

Torn between switching to GPE now or waiting for it to be released for Sense.

Flashed it via recovery.

does anyone use one of these without a case? I want to but it's just too slippy. It really has the worst combination of characteristics for grip. It's big, the back is rounded, it hasn't really got any edges, they are just curves. I wish there was some grip to the edges, either in texture or material.

I just find it odd that that most people list the build as one of thee reasons they bought it but then have to cover it up with rubber or plastic, me included.
