You'll find some crap Brunello's as well. It's very well known, so ends up being a mixed bag I found. If you like a brunello, try some of the primitivos as well, they're a stunning drink.

Hi, I'm new
This week I have largely been drinking:
La Montesa 2015 and la Casilla 2015, both nice at a good price point £10-12 (imported).
But for a really good Bobal for accompanying a thai takeaway, try a Vox Populi Bobal 2014 from Majestic - spicy goodness![]()
3 clicks I think it is and it's bought now. Which is amazing.Hey there! Do you use Vivino? I like it as a way to track/ buy and check my wines!
thanks for the tip
Always seems bizarre when you post about running out of cash/things being tight switching from contract to contract/etc, then drop so much on wine/bikes/etc!
haha and had done my estimates on run time, which should have allowed me another couple of months easy, but now shouldn't need that
Ooh that Nickel and Nickel wine has been on my wishlist, who sells it in the UK out of curiosity?
We were there last summer (it was very hot!) and discovered Assyrtiko; clean, crisp, dry, lovely citrus but with a distinct salinity to it - lovely. I'm sure you'll try some fantastic examples.Drinking my way round Santorini in a week or so. Sounds good: volcanic soils, lots of sunshine, naturally-occuring vines.
They arrived! Now I've hidden them from the wife so she doesn't randomly open them on a Tuesday while I'm not there.
