12,000 is a lot different than 150,000
Last time I checked, there are no 150K Russian Federation soldiers in Ukraine.

I can’t be bothered with you any more, it’s like talking to a brick wallLast time I checked, there are no 150K Russian Federation soldiers in Ukraine.
I'm sure it will be fine, Russia are good at peacekeeping, the peacekeeping forces they sent to the breakaway ethnic Russian regions in northern Georgia did a great job until they got shot in a totally not a false flag operation and Russia had to invade Georgia to avenge them xD
NB: OT but in all serious Russian peacekeepers are actually surprisingly good, the ones in Bosnia were much better than their gung-ho American counterparts.
An independent report commissioned by the European Union concluding that "open hostilities began with a large-scale Georgian military operation against Tskhinvali and the surrounding areas" on 7 August, and were a disproportionate response to ongoing separatist attacks on Georgian villages and law enforcement units

Very interested in a rough outline of such a membership, how can you simplify "attack on one is an attack on all members" into something that would both save Ukraine and prevent WW3?
It was in response to his discission about the current situation where talks are being held...but you feel you need to take it out of that context and start some other discussion
Ok so then why does Biden even agreed to meet Putin if he has not yet invaded Ukraine? Because according to you - it has already been invaded. So
A) Biden is an idiot
B) It's a meeting that never can happen, we're just trolling
C) In current situation, we do not care about prior invasion of Crimea and Donbass and are talking about here and now.
Putin expected to address the Russian people imminently; expect him to recognise the disputed areas
Biden is meeting with Putin to prevent a fresh invasion that will likely increase the size of Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory. This is not rocket science, I don't know why you're finding it so difficult to understand.

There’s no point in any further meetings. It’s all a sham, neither side will get what they want out of them.
Hungary, Montenegro etc. are NATO members so Russia would be removed off the face of the planet if they stepped foot there.Still seems like Putin is holding all the cards.
Ukraine has basically been handed on a platter by the West, it's just a question of how bloody an invasion would be. After declaring the independent states I'm expecting the Russian troops to enter and then push the front line of the 'rebels' forward towards Kiev. The Russian's love deniability even when it's plain to see what is happening.
I still think Putin's long game is to get into Hungary and then to the Adriatic sea. Hungary refused NATO troops, Orban would probably be another Lukashenko and roll on his back. Putin also wanted a naval base in Montenegro a few years ago that he didn't get. If he ends up joining the dots then he has completely engulfed Western Europe and controls everything that goes in and out by land.
Plus there is the baiting of American heavy artillery into Russia, which I don't think USA would want to do. It may be that Russia has developed some novel technology and feel they have the upper hand, making them confident that now is the time to make their move. If say Russia's conventional missile technology can hold its own or better, then that would probably give China confidence to attack Taiwan. In a doomsday scenario it might even make MAD not quite so mutual...

Yanukovich was a pro-EU candidate himself, he wouldn't have been elected otherwise, it's just he wasn't anti-Russia like the other guy.I dont know what Yanukovich promised but he did win against a very Pro-EU candidate.
Missed the part where Yanukovich had protest fired upon by his police injuring over a thousand and resulting in dozens of deaths, that was kinda a major factor in his fleeing the city a couple of days later and being impeached in absenceAlso, Yanukovich,Russia,EU and Protestors signed agreement he is to step down and hold new elections as result of Maidan.

What happend next? Ukrainian Far right stormed the parliament
Common internet myth based on Russian misinformation, what actually happened was that they voted to repeal a 2012 law that gave Russian, Hungarian, Moldovan and Romanian languages the legal right to be used in courts/schools/institutions in areas where the corresponding ethnic minorities exceeded >10% of the population, however the vote was vetoed a couple of days later by the acting president. Of course when Russian media started broadcasting the news to Donetsk/etc they went with the story you have heard.tried to ban Russian language.
People had a choice, they elected a president who promised to sign it, they repeatedly polled in favour of it, and removed by force the president after he refused to sign it.Then continued to sign EU association before elections and therefore giving people a choice.

2017 law "On Education"[edit]
On September 25, 2017, a new law on education was signed by President (draft approved by Rada on September 5, 2017) which says that Ukrainian language is the language of education at all levels except for one or more subjects that are allowed to be taught in two or more languages, namely English or one of the other official languages of the European Union. The law stipulates a 3-year transitional period to come in full effect.[5][36] In February 2018 this period was extended until 2023.[37]
The law was condemned by PACE that called it "a major impediment to the teaching of national minorities".[38] The law also faced criticism from officials in Hungary, Romania and Russia.[39] (Hungarian and Romanian are official languages of the European Union, Russian is not.[40][41]) Ukrainian officials stressed that the new law complies fully with European norms on minority rights
“How to put an end to this matter, I don’t have an answer now, because everything that I received from previous representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office, and the documents that remained from them, there was no and there is no transparent answer,” the president stressed. He noted that he talked with the prosecutor who deals with Maidan cases, who told him about a large number of open proceedings and arrested persons.
"And who were the customers ... Tell this story, it's a terrible story, so many people died. I did not receive an answer to this, because I was told that it would last for years, and hundreds or thousands of specialists would need to be involved. I would I really wanted to put an end to this matter," Zelensky said during a press marathon. Source: https://censor.net/ru/n3153351
Time to practice them duck and cover routines and build a shelter under the stair case...
