Yeah I know it's not gonna happen, it would be great to get a no nonsense coach like him in though. Our defence has been so poor for so long I want someone who is gonna shout at them a lot.

Yep looks like Rodgers isn't gonna happen. And Allegri has said he won't be returning to work until the summer. We cannot wait that long.

He is the perfect guy to take you to the summer though imo. He won both the Champions league and the Europa league. Something Arsenal have never done!

I don't remember Liverpool having a serious title challenge until that season with Sterling and Suarez. But my memory isn't great lately.

I guess Athletico Madrid must be the last. And the most likely to again. There was a period in Spain where a few teams challenged. I remember when Depo won it. That was an impressive achievement, they played great football.

In 2008/9. And Atletico didn't win it twice in quick succession, they won it once. You're probably looking at close to 40 years since a side other than Benitez's Valencia won 2 titles in a relatively short period and you'll probably be looking at another 40 odd years before it happens again.

He finished on 86 points, 4 behind United, in 2009. From memory, at the time it was the highest points total ever not to win the PL
 
They should give the job to DiCanio. Those lazy arsenal players like Ozil need a manager that will give them a good arse kicking, DiCanio is just the man to do that.
 
Yep and the arsenal directors were photographed leaving his house the other evening as well.

Not really sure if he’s the right guy for the job, sure he’s been with Pep since he came to City as his assistant but is he really the right one to improve us, if he is appointed??
Meh we can’t get anymore worse than what we are right now lol. So I suppose it’s worth giving him a shot at getting us playing better football.
