Rafa is such a **** - really isn't an ambassador for Liverpool - it's just funny to see how some Liverpool fans still justify supporting him. What he said in the press conference was more than just childish, considering it was also so pre-meditated. He's just now a public joke in the football world whenever he's in the spotlight - he really needs to look at himself and his squad when they fail to perform...

Saw most of the Liverpool game and they really didn't play well at all, bit shocked because I thought it would be a game for Liverpool to find some form.

He's trying to be sarcastic, he was humiliated last year for his comments about referees, in this match he does feel that decisions were incorrect, but is being a complete puller about about it and trying to be clever.

I very much doubt that
I don't think he's necessarily overrated, but just a very one dimensional player who is very good at what he does. As a footballer he's incredibly limited. I also think it doesn't help when you have Lucas playing alongside you. Maybe once Aquilani is fit, there will be much more balance having a defensive player alongside a creative one. Then again will Lucas be dropped to make that happen?

Agree. His job is to win the ball and pass it on and he does that as well as anyone in the game.

Not just the defense that was poor for UTD yesterday though the whole of midfield looked a bit ropey, scholes had an absolute shocker. You have Rooney up front with a hit n miss Berbatov and Owen.
Berb was a waste of £30m he has no way justified his transfer cost and you need someone else, bbc sport rumours say maybe going for Benzema from RM? I cant see it happening personally but who knows.
Also another thing, the GK 'crisis' the England team seems to have, why is steve harper never considered?

I know mate I was taking the ****I have to say, the locals were nice but the facilities....
Two toilets for almost 8k fans = carnage. Gotta love the Championship.
I heard there was quite a bit of scrapping prior to the match but didn't see any trouble myself.
