What film did you watch last night?

Other way round imo, taken is much much better than man on fire, i found denzel looked bored in that film and i was right there being bored with him as well, a very dull movie.

I couldn't disagree more.

Taken is a good film, I enjoyed it and it's a film I watch when bored, close to being one of my favorite films.

Man on Fire, is an outstanding film, Denzel is brilliant, Dakota and Walken are exceptional as well.

It's a beautifully tragic film, about one man's path to redemption and one young girls love for life.

It all comes together with fantastic direction, a great sound and sound track, some stunning shots and a good pace, added to that the outstanding performances.

Mexico City is a horrible and beautiful place, it's an eye opener. It has a seedy and corrupted feel to it. The story line is tragic and something that happens all to often in Mexico City.

"dull" "bored" aren't two words that ever entered my mind.

Taken is good, I do love it. It's however pale in comparison to Man on Fire, which imo is a brilliant film.

Triangle. An engaging historical docu-drama about the importance of marine safety, containing some excellent footage of a 1930s ocean cruiser. Neville Gorman has a modest cameo as "Man with Lifejacket."

With plenty of replay value, this informative little film will delight viewers of all ages.

editing style makes it virtually impossible to watch to me. I get what your saying about the other stuff but Taken inches for me too.

War

Jason Statham goodness. Was a little bit confused as all the Asian guys looked the same. So much so that I didn't actually realise there was a twist to the movie, I thought it was just the same guy turned evil!

The Hurt Locker

Go on, then.

Turns out to be an enjoyable, interesting film, thankfully free of most Hollywood conventions.Good pacing, tension, and the low-budget, quasi-documentary feel enhances the experience. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the few Brit soldiers weren't portrayed as 'them quaint ineffectual limeys'.

Oscar winner, however? Nah, sorry. As another poster said, if you've seen Generation Kill before this, you'll be spoiled.

Don't be a menace to south central LA while drinking your juice in the hood.

From the wayan brothers, so if you like scary movie, little man, Then this is right up your street.

Watched Brooklyns finest last night with Ethan Hawke, Richard Gere, Don Cheadle and Wesley Snipes....one of the better movies ive seen this yr and a decent cast list...very similar to Training day which i thought was a superb movie.

But this is a superb movie in its own right...the directors of this also did Training day...thoroughly enjoyed watching it.

Also watched Pixars Cars last night too...must be the millionth time ive watched it and again thought its still damn good....ill probably watch UP later tonight as well.
