What film did you watch last night?

Lord of War.

Pretty good actually. 7/10. Never seen that Jared Leto in anything before, so was a surprise to see the emo pansy

I loved Lord Of War - really good way of telling the story!

I watched Gran Torino - not too bad if a little different to what I expected!!

Burn After Reading

Was ok, nothing good or bad. Deffo one of the poorest Coen Brothers attempts though. Brad Pitt was rather amusing in it, but other than that nothing else did it for me.

About to watch Hurt Locker now!

Watched Batman Returns earlier today. I feel that Batman and Batman Returns with Keaton and Burton are better, darker, more sinister versions of the film series than the Batman Begins/Dark Knight pair.

Don't let the Dark Knight fans hear you say that.

Jack Nic as the joker still freaks me out a bit. Two top class movies :)

I watched Alice in Wonderland, enjoyed that a lot, found it a little stale towards the middle, not oustanding but certainly not bad.

Watching Watchmen now, Brilliant film.

The Blind Side

I thought it was very very good, all performances were excellent and quite moving too. The comedy moments were never too short or to long, just right.

The best kind of feel good film I guess.

Sandra Bullock too.....dat asssssssssssssssssssss

Observe and Report http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1197628/

Load of old rubbish to be perfectly honest.

It may just be that i am little bit bored of Seth Rogan and his deep booming voice (same as adam sandler screaming and shouting i suppose) but i really thought that this "comedy" was somewhat lacking in the laughs department.

4/10

I watched 9 with the GF as she bought it for me on DVD for bday.

Directed by Shane Ackers & Produced by Tim Burton

I thought the idea and imagination in the film was outstanding but over all the film was a tad meh. At the end of it your left thinking .. well what happen then!? Where is the rest of the story.

6 out of 10 for me

Watched the Prestige again the other day. First time I watched it was half paying attention but still thought it was a good film.

Sat down and watched it all the way through and really enjoyed it, not a masterpiece but entertaining/well acted/good story etc

Mentioned above:

Observe and Report - Just thought Seth Rogen was creepy in that film.
The Boat that Rocked - Brilliant :D

The crazies - nothing new was brought to the table and I left feeling slightly deflated after the good i'd heard about it.
