Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

I wouldn't expect an ST at this point either. Just a mark 8.

The other half has the titanium (not the ST version) ecoboost. Great little car and impressive engine. Not my kind of thing, but impressed with how far Ford have come.

Yes there was, got lucky. Was lined up for someone apparently but they pulled out last minute and then was going to be used as a demo. Managed to get a good deal too by being patient and walking away a couple of times. Got it from the dealer down the road for a price that was only a couple of hundred above DtD, plus I don't have to travel to somewhere miles away, and not have to wait 10 weeks.

It's being scheduled for delivery this Friday, so not bad turn around.

Really excited, it's really for the weekend but something a bit fun. I may do the 215 PS upgrade too.

Are most of you getting the fiesta ST on the ford options finance or ford acquire?

Also agree with the above post about the blue looking the nicest, also love the orange but mainly due to the funky colour option for the seats :-)

shame you can only get black seats with the blue fiesta ST

You can get the orange seats with any colour st mate ( I think )

I'm financing mine through Ford Options as monthly payments suit me more and it's only 4.2% over 2 years, plus the flexibility it provides.

Picked up my Panther Black ST3 on Monday. Love every second driving in it.

Mountune isn't being fitted for a couple of weeks as the garage forgot to order it in but at least this way I'll notice the benefit of it!

They do look stunning in black. Someone on FiestaSTOC has painted the brake callipers lime green and it goes really well with the colour scheme.

My Puma is Panther Black so I wanted something different, and I've always wanted a blue car

Plus black is a nightmare to keep clean!

How are you working out the insurance? Have you insured it out of the factory with the Mountune kit, or will you have to change your insurance policy once it has been fitted?

Thats what I am interested in, i.e. do they change the car description on the V5? It's a PITA to get quotes as most insurance companies don't recognise the ST-3 215 Upgrade as a denomination on their websites.

Mines arrived at dealer today. Relieved as apparently there is now a delay and mines just made it through before. Was hoping to have it for the bank holiday as we are going away to Exmoor.

No, it doesn't change the V5. Some insurance companies allow you to specify a different ABI code to insure your car against, some unfortunately don't have a clue what you're on about when you call them about it.

I'm not entirely sure. I'll question it with the insurer. It is "Factory fit" in essence as it's on the order form and manufacturer warranted. You don't inform an insurer of the competition pack on a M5 or essesse factory kit on an Abarth so I'm not sure. Will probably ask the question though to be sure.

Will try and get some pics this weekend at the latest. Need to add another coat of EGP to it to patch any missed bits. I asked them not to clean it or prep it for handover so it's got all the protective films over everything. Black is very nice a stealthy.

Also, heads up for anyone that wants colour coded graphics. DMB are ceasing production of the gel overlays in June.

Thanks, saw it before. Apparently the only company that seems to recognise it is the Admiral group at the moment. Everyone else I try (bar brokers) don't have the car yet on their system

Ah I see, but as part of the fitting process, if I went to Mountune, I presume at least they would register it with Ford that the upgrade is on the car?
