Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

Ordered a panther black ST-3 with style pack, parking sensors and adjustable load floor in January and have an ETA with the dealer of the 5th March :D
Coming from a 2014 1.0 125bhp Zetec S, so an extra 60bhp will be nice :)

extra 75bhp you mean (or 90 with MP215 kit)!

Thats true! Not sure if I should wait a few months to get it Mountuned or have it done for when I get the car? Already brought Triple R Composites front splitter and side skirts and thinking about getting the Mountune cat back.

I personally wanted to see what the car was like at stock first so I could experience the difference later down the line with the MP215 kit.

Sold my little red Fiesta I bought, chap is collecting it tomorrow. It's off back to London where it came from! An old owner got in touch too, showed me some pics of when he had it with stupid pin stripes down the side etc, he did most of the mods and removed the tat. Also showed me a few pics of the TWO TIMES someone stole the sideskirts off it! Haha. It had a new clutch at 72k too, but either way, bought for £2375, sold for £2900 :)

I've been looking at the Fiesta ST3 and wondered what sort of MPG people are getting? Seen a few nice examples.

I get about 40mpg on my work commute which is a real mix of 70mph dual carriageways, a bit of town driving/traffic and a windy b road bit. This is with flooring it off every roundabout on the dual carriageway section as well :p

I reckon I could probably get more like 42/43mpg if I really babied it everywhere but using the loud pedal is too much fun :p

On a recent long (~200 mile) trip I got around 45mpg.

over the life of the car (52 to 17035 miles) i've averaged 34.25mpg. Measured with "roadtrip" app on my phone. Been as high as 50mpg cruising 180 miles at 50-70mph, or as low as 9mpg on the race track.

Thanks pal, my Mrs has an hour journey to work and we do some local driving so that's fairly decent in all honesty. Not as bad as I thought at all. :)

I would say it is pretty difficult to get under 35mpg in it. I reckon you would only see south of that if you were doing a lot of city driving and driving in slow traffic all the time.

Or on a track :p

It is pretty good for a 200bhp petrol car really.

Those 8J are making me jealous. May need to invest in some spacers...

How are you finding the brake upgrade? Seems like quite a costly upgrade. Interested to hear how you find it!

MR230 cam timing and map being done this Friday at Tarnock. Very excite.

Nice motor that :)

I would love to talk my missus into getting one of these perhaps when we get a house, then I can have my fun with it whilst she pays for it :D Still really, really fancy one some how!

I used to manage 41 driving to work from my old house. But I get around 36 now due to some town driving and traffic lights :/

High 40s and even 50s is possible while cruising along on a motorway though. It's got quite a bit of Bhp and torque for it's weight so the engine isn't exactly stressed :)
