so new to this thread. just upgraded from 295x2 to the Ichill X4 1080TI. The cards a beast, came factory overclocked and was still able to squeeze more out of it. best thing about it is that it actually frees up a lot of space in my case.

Is everybody happy with there 1080 ti?

Fair play, out of interest what kind of difference you seeing in benches/games that utilised c/f. I used to have a waterblocked one but had a card inbetween so never really got to compare.

i would say i get about 35 - 40% more performance from the 1080 Ti especial at higher resolutions even with crossfire compatible games. also the card runs max 70-75C (overclocked aswell) while gaming at 4k fo hours and its practically silent compared to the 295x2 even with fans at 100%.

I also Have an oculus rift and the crossfire issues it didn't really work well as it wasn't using crossfire in most games so i couldn't really turn up the settings much.

i have a lot more free space in my case now and i got the exact price i paid for the the old card so didn't cot me that much to upgrade.

For anyone that has their 1080 Ti under water, Not an AIO kit, What are your average/max temps in games ?

38c max now, did have in issue a while back were it was hitting 57 I think but reckon that was bad batch of Tim as temps slowly rose over the months.

Cool thanks, Not too far away from an AIO then, Depending on the game I usually hover around 44'c

Got to say when I first heard about the temps the evga style hybrids were coming in at I was pretty impressed- 44 is not bad compared with custom loops!

In The Division at 1440P max settings with an overclock it hovers around 40-44'c even after a very lengthy play session, Quite impressed
