My single Ti doesn't have much issue running 3440x1440@120hz with high to ultra settings.

Incorrect there bud, I frequently get 100+FPS in The Division at 1440P max settings with 1 x 1080 Ti, Put it on the ultra preset which doesn't use Nvidia FX and I'm looking at a consistent 100FPS.

Example, Battlefield 1 max settings 1440P, FPS in the top left -

It's making a loud ticking noise at times when under load, it makes it when i've stopped the fans spinning also.

Will probably have to RMA it if i can't get it sorted and if that means going ages without a card until a fault is diagnosed then i'll get a different card and a refund.

I will upload the sound to see if anyone has had this before.

Are you using it on water, if so make sure there is no air in the system.

Could be something cooling? In any case, you've had enough experience with GPUs to know if it's out of the ordinary. Unlucky as it's a cracking looking card.

Really? I play at Ultra and average around 70FPS depending on what's on screen.

I'll get over 100 in buildings etc.

I get a near-locked 4k60 on the Division on ultra with a single 1080ti. If I get a load of explosions and smoke right in front of the camera it does drop but that's the only time.

It's such a pretty game, I'm very surprised by how well it runs at 4k. BF1 runs even better, never drops a frame even on hectic 64 player maps.

The engine programmers for both games are wizards.
