I would go for this one, and then failing that the Gigabyte one personally.

I believe the Sapphire Nitro's offer the lowest hotspot temps and fan noise performance of all the 5700 XTs. Check out gamersnexus as they tested a load of them.

My Vega 64 sips 190w when playing at 1080p(98-99% util) and around 250w @ 1440p VSR(99% util) with int scaling on. This is while maintaining a clock of around 1550mhz and HBM of 1025mhz. This is of course while being undervolted and slightly clocked down from 1630mhz to 1600mhz in wattman.

First time I have had to restart my PC since using the Radeon software to OC the GPU. Is there a way for it to save after reboot or do you always need to re-enter the setting?

Found the culprit MSI Afterburner was taking priority with the OC, I now have uninstalled and the issue has gone.

Decent price on the Asus 5700 XT reference card tbh. They really aren't any slower than the AIB models, just a bit louder.

Essentially, set every option to enabled/advanced, and expand fine tuning controls.
