How did you get it at lower price than FE? I saw it way over that price on launch. Congrats though! Lovely looking card.Finally! After waiting for almost 2 weeks being stuck in a DPD depot it arrived today. Fantastic looking card and even better that it cost me less than the price of the FE.

Hi, thanks for the heads up! I actually just picked up a regular TUF for £1699. Planning to install this weekend. I see the bios improves compatibility, but don't see other info. I saw someone on YouTube was able to get 600W from the regular card without even updating the bios.
Finally! After waiting for almost 2 weeks being stuck in a DPD depot it arrived today. Fantastic looking card and even better that it cost me less than the price of the FE.

Now I am actually worried as I already tested my AM5 system but without the GPU installed and now it is all water-cooled up, wondering if the TUF with original bios will boot up ok! Don't really have another easily accessible system to put a new bios on a gpu

From watching the above video looks like I may still be able to use the IGPU on the motherboard/cpu to download a display driver and then possibly update the gpu bios from there?
Mine booted up fine on the factory shipped bios.

Yes you can use the iGPU however x670 boards have usb flashback so only need power to the board to update the bios.

Yeah got it thanks, just thinking more of updating the vbios for the 4090 as well really and if you can do that it the card is unrecognised I guess

Surprised at how quickly the roll of honour is filling up for the 4090!
What games have owners been playing lately? I'm about to complete Plague Tale Requiem - looks absolutely fantastic at 4k max details on an OLED (CX48). Not having to use DLSS, so native quality. Really nice story & voice acting as well.
Next I'll move onto Cyberpunk or Elden Ring, not decided which yet!
