Sadly it seems like a very common problem with the Zotacs.
I’m on my 2nd Airo and it’s as bad as the first.
OCUK are looking into it and I’ve sent them a video showing just how bad the noise is.
I’m not sure what they can do other than refund me, which I actually don’t want as I like the look and performance of the card.
