This is the exact behavior I saw on mine to a tee. It ran at reasonable speeds, but after a few minutes junction hit 110c, then it would scale back to 307w and 2300-2400mhz. It would very shortly kick back up to ~2450, but quickly go back to those reduced speeds.Ok, another update from me. After doing some stress testing on my card it looks like its also faulty. I can replicate every time now by running Cyberpunk with everything on max with RT on my 1440p ultrawide.
Everything starts off fine but after driving around for about 10 mins the temp starts to slowly climb until it eventually caps out at 110c and because of this the GPU clock speed goes from around 2600 down to around 2300.
I thought I was one of the lucky ones but this will need to go back. I guess I hadn't noticed before as I've been on some slightly older games that maybe weren't pushing the card enough.
I also thought I was lucky, but was really only monitoring scores and clocks in 3DMark which doesn't really stress the card like playing a game does. Then even in 3dmark I started seeing 110c and reduced speeds.
