How does it perform in Timespy Extreme?
I will run that bench tonight and post back!

And where the hell did you get that card from at such a "low" price?!
I can't share that here due to forum rules, but it took a lot of scouring of UK retailers!
I have a favour to ask, can anyone with the 2080ti who has AC Odyssey run the benchmark at 4K high preset but with resolution scales 140% & 200% and let me know how it goes? Cheers!
Hi,
Checked for you. FE card with OC mem +700 and core OC so in game boost was 2040mhz. High preset + 140% was min 36, max 74, avg 48. The clouds in the bench change so fps can vary by 2fps either way.
200% was causing crashes and some glitching on the load screen to the bench. Ran it without an OC on the gpu just in case so you can add a couple fps onto the result, min 19, max 34, avg 26. Really AA should not be on so that will net some extra fps.
Hope this helps.
It's 7% extra from a lower base. That bios has a lower power limit in watts by about 30-40w. But I guess the less heat generated from that is helping you there!
Honestly, I'd jump straight to the Galax BIOS. Always good to remember the % means very little if not looking at base TDP. The Galax BIOS has a cap of 380W.

Bought the 3DMark upgrade just to run this no idea how it compares!

Edit: it seems my overclock wasn't applied for some reason, will try again later.
Hey, thanks a lot! I really appreciate it. I've been very curious about 5K&8K performance in games and especially this one, but it's hard to find any benchmarks.
Right okay, you should have mentioned 5k as i can try the bench at that res. With The high preset and AA disabled you get Avg - 53 fps. Tried DSR at 8k and the game still crashes on the benchmark so it’s not just a fault with the ingame res slider.
One card is faulty though, one fan has a tiny grating sound even spinning it quickly freehand and the logo powers on red for a second then turns orange and stays orange. Other card seems ok for now, can't bench in SLI as I'm waiting for the bridge as they were out of stock when I originally bought the card.
Does look ok in orange though
Definitely running stock there.
Here is the Timespy Extreme bench thread so you can compare.

Going forward Timespy Extreme is the bench to use for modern hardware as it runs at 2160p using DX12 (you don't need a monitor that big) and puts very high demands on the CPU and GPU.
Once I get it underwater next few days then will do thanks for that .
Just having a play with bios’s at the minute so 380w will be plenty under water.
