I'm supried to have made 3rd in the single crunchers list. I managed 20,745 with my Q6600 only at 2.4GHz with a cheap asrock motherboard so it's definately possible if it's running at 3.5ghz+. Mine is running Suse linux 10.3 64 with 2x Debian 64bit virtual machines (each vm is running 1 smp client). I had a few poor scoring units mid week but i'm getting 3200ppd at the moment.

What a name!

Production is down again this week - but it is due to some new SMP WUs which are slightly lower scoring but seem to take a bit longer to crunch. Go figure.

nice work - i'm @ 3.15ghz with 2 win smp clients and just scraping 3k per day. Don;t know the first thing about linux so ain;t going there!!

I forget about the Single Machine rules. Is it still a single machine if it's dual/multi processor?

Looking forward to getting home in a week and getting the E6600 back working and setting up the E6300 fileserver rig. Should have a nice little scrap with Snapshot for a while (until I get itchy plastic again and blow him out of the water ).

FOLD ON TEAM 10

It seems I forgot that I had a few machines still running F@H, so it appears that they have been cooking in my absense.

I'll be re-installing F@H to my Q6600 at the weekend.

My new quad is now up and running - on standard units at present while I stress test the OC - should be able to reduce the NB volts but will try running at a higher clock first.

My passive setup can deal with this but it's 20c hotter that the 6420 and 10c hotter that the 6400 - might lap the chip at the weekend - will see what happens when the AS5 has cooked for a day or two

Production is way down for me - office is back up, but little smp'ing being done without me there, will try harder next week

Keep 'em quads cooking, and all the other cpu's folding

The "fast"stats page I have to use now we're over 1,000 members is only updated twice a day. At 6am Stanford time yesterday (2pm here?) you were still shown as being behind DarkendViper so that's what the news was based on. If I'd still had been using the normal stats page that's updated hourly you'd have been in for sure

Yep. 2 Linux virtual machines running 2 SMP clients each.

Oh, and running at 3.7GHz also helps a bit too
